Britney Spears VMA Opening Video
This is the Britney Spears VMA Opening video but she didn’t do much - just introduced the show and that’s it! There was some buzz that Britney Spears might be doing an opening number after this Britney Spears MTV VMA TV promo video - believed to be an attempt to redeem herself from the disastrous Britney’s MTV VMA performance last year where she appeared dishevelled and dazed.
But this is important for Britney Spears as she won her very first VMA award for Best Female Video for “Piece of Me”. She said,”I’m speechless. Oh, my goodness, thank you!” Britney told the crowd. “I first wanna thank God for blessing me like this. My family … my two beautiful boys for inspiring me everyday.” Later on, she won another 2 VMAs - Best Pop Video and Video of the Year. This could mark the return of Britney Spears. Watch video here.
