Bill Gates Richest In US 15 Years In A Row

Geek ruler Bill Gates is richest person in the US for the 15th year in a row. The Microsoft founder managed to hold his own despite economic woes claiming other members of Forbe’s Richest List, even as his personal $57 billion fortune dropped from $59 billion. Investor Warren Buffet is second with $50 billion.

Among the dropouts are former American International Group chief executive Maurice Greenberg, and former eBay chief Meg Whitman, casino magnate Sheldon Adelson saw his fortune dwindle by $13 billion in the past year with fellow better, Kirk Kerkorian’s fortune shrank by $6.8 billion as shares in casino operator MGM Mirage crashed.
