This is Heather Locklear’s mugshot. The out-of-work actress of the once popular TV series Melrose Place was arrested last Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Santa Barbara District Attorney Office is reviewing the evidence, but “no charges have been filed yet” for Heather Locklear’s weekend DUI bust, Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter tells E! News.
The California Highway Patrol was tipped off by what the incident report calls a “concerned citizen,” who reportedly is a former Us Weekly staffer.
