Brad Pitt’s Charity Builds More Houses In New Orleans
Board members of the Make It Right Foundation and Brad Pitt announced that 6 more houses have been built in New Orleans as part of the on-going programme to build 150 houses for families whose home were destroyed by hurricane Katrina.
A donation from the American Idol foundation was also announced.
After that, Brad Pitt dined with members of the board at a nearby restaurant.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have a mansion in the French Quarter.
When asked if the project has a higher priority than making movies, Brad replied that “family comes first, but “that love of my family brings me here.”
The Make It Right Foundation was started by Brad Pitt with a personal US$5 million fund in December last year.
