David Duchovny Sues Daily Mail For $1 Million

David Duchovny

David Duchovny has sued the Daily Mail for $1 million for a story that said he cheated on his now separated wife, actress Tea Leoni: David Duchovny And Tea Leoni Separate.

The X-Files star who was recently in rehab for sex addiction, filed the suit which stated that the Daily Mail “caused substantial harm to Duchovny, in complete disregard of the truth and of even a semblance of journalistic integrity.”

The story alleged that the tennis coach 28-year-old tennis pro Edith Pakay, had told them that their professional relationship “quickly turned into a love match,” despite Pakay “explicitly and specifically denying a romantic or sexual relationship with David Duchovny.”

The lawsuit states that Pakay was never Duchovny’s tennis coach but were friends who played tennis a few times, and had signed a sworn declaration that the former X-Files hunk does not have romantic feelings for her, nor she for him.

  1. Does this site work in IE 6? If it does, could you tell me how you got it to work? I have a similar template that just isn’t working right. Some margins are off.
