Lindsay Lohan Ugly Betty Clash
Due to her diva-esque behaviour onset, Lindsay Lohan’s guest stint on Ugly Betty has been cut from 6 to 4 episodes with sources siting clashes between her and Ugly Betty star, America Ferrera.
Among the incidents that caused great tension between the two, according to Page Six was when during filming, Lohan’s character pulls down Betty’s pants and when Betty does the same to Lohan’s character in retailiation - although she wasn’t supposed to, Lohan reportedly was not wearing any panties, causing an embarrassed Lohan to cry.
In another case of bad behaviour by Lindsay Lohan is her smoking incessantly, causing her dressing room to be a great big mess that had to be repainted. She also refused to go onset unless America Ferrera was already there.
A Lindsay pal, however said, “America was mean to Lindsay. Producers give her too much power. Lindsay didn’t do the last two episodes because America didn’t like her and got her kicked off.”
But reps of both stars are trying to downplay the reported tension by issuing these statements, Ferrera’s rep says that her client “is grateful to have had her on the show,” while Lohan’s rep said Lindsay “had a lovely time” while filming.
