Former Brother-In-Law Arrested In Jennifer Hudson Family Murders
Police have arrested Jennifer Hudson’s estranged brother in law for the murders of her mother, brother and 7-year old nephew.
Hudson’s mother and brother were found shot to death in their home: Jennifer Hudson’s Mother And Brother Shot Dead while her nephew’s body was found several days later in the family’s abandoned SUV.
William Balfour, 27, who had been held earlier for parole violation has been transferred back into police custody.
He is separated from Jennifer Hudson’s sister and faces first degree murder charges. He had served time previously for attempted murder and car hijacking.
