Kylie Minogue Sings Bollywood Song For $1.5 Million
Times are bad and Kylie Minogue will sing in a Bollywood movie soundtrack for US$1.55 million. She’s also throwing in a music video to sweeten the deal.
The song is for a blockbuster called Blue about a sunken treasure ship, said to have been inspired by the Hollywood production The Deep.
However, Kylie Minogue was not the first choice.
According to the film’s director AR Rahman, Madonna and Rihanna were approached but Madonna was busy with her divorce and Sweet And Sticky Tour and never called back.
Rihanna wanted way too much money.
