Survivor Gabon Winner Revealed

Brad Pitt

Physics teacher Bob Crowley wins Survivor Gabon and a million dollars, beating out younger, stronger competitors. The 57-year-old high school teacher is the oldest winner in Survivor’s 17 year history.

The challenges though still physically demanding are noticeably tailored to require a fair bit of brain power as well which is how it should be, to give a fighting chance for those physically weaker.

Bob, together with Suzie and Sugar were the last 3 remaining, although up till before the last tribal council, it was clear that Bob will be the one voted out since Suzie had won individual immunity.

Sugar decided to vote for Matty thus creating a tie between Bob and Matty who did the traditional tie-breaker making fire. Sugar sounded Bob out on her decision and Bob went to practice making fire secretly which gave him an advantage over Matty who did not manage to get a flame going.

If anything, Bob should give the $100k Sprint Favourite Survivor prize – or some token sum to Sugar. If it wasn’t for Sugar, Bob wouldn’t have had a chance.
