The video was made a few years ago but only surfaced recently – it shows the third in line heir to the British throne Prince Harry making racist remarks about his fellow troops. This is not the first time Prince Harry is involved in a scandal – a few years ago he also had to apologize for attending a costume party dressed as a Nazi.
