Because Anoop Desai received high praise from the judges for his sensitive rendition last week, he’s trying to repeat that this week with “Ooh Baby Baby” by Smokey Robinson And The Miracles for American Idol Top 10 Motown week. Anoop has power vocals but he’s mostly a one trick pony but should make it through another week.
Simon said it was a “good vocal, but you looked like you were half asleep”. Kara says she prefers his regular voice instead of his falsetto while Randy wants Anoop to “turn it back up next week”.
