Country stars Carrie Underwood and Randy Travis were guest performers at the American Idol 8 Top 11 Results show.
Carrie Underwood is of course an American Idol alumni who has gone on to great success in her career and was recently inducted into the Grand Ole Opry which is a big deal, something like the country music equivalent of the Rock ‘n Roll Hall Of Fame. Even Carrie and Randy’s mic stands were decorated with Grand Ole Opry banners.
