American Idol 8 Top 9 Results Megan Corkrey Voted Off
Finally Megan CAW CAW CAWkrey has been voted off at the American Idol 8 Top 9 results show. A pleasant surprise was that Matt Giraud wasn’t in the bottom 3 but sadly Allison Iraheta was, together with Anoop Desai.
The American Idol Top 9 performed mimed “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey and the contestants had some fun mimicking each other with Anoop being especially hilarious with his do of Kris Allen.
Megan Corkrey never deserved to be in the Top 36 in the first place and she has taken away someone else’s opportunity (Jamar). She told Simon that she loves him but doesn’t care about his opinion and she did her “CAW CAW” thing, flapping arms to her stool to await her fate when told she was in the bottom 3. Good riddance Megan CAW CAW CAWkrey.
And for being disrespectful, Simon said outright that the judges won’t pretend to deliberate whether or not to use Judges Save – they were not going to save Megan.
Special guests were current American Idol David Cook and Lady Gaga.
The remaining American Idol Top 8 are Adam Lambert, Danny Gokey, Kris Allen, Allison Iraheta, Lil Rounds, Scott MacIntyre, Matt Giraud and Anoop Desai.
