Jennifer Hudson “If This Isn’t Love” American Idol Video
Former American Idol contestant Jennifer Hudson performs pre-recorded for the American Idol 8 Top 7 results show singing her new single from her Grammy Award winning debut album, “If This Isn’t Love” – which is a really boring, forgettable song IMHO.
She tells Ryan Seacrest how great it was coming back to perform for American Idol, which is weird since she once told a celebrity gossip rag Essence that “on American Idol, you go through this mental thing; you’ve got to get yourself back together. You’ve been abused, misled and brainwashed to believe whatever they want you to think.”
I guess all is forgiven when you need American Idol to publicize your debut album.
