Angelina Jolie Creates Awareness For World Refugee Day

Angelina Jolie is making appearances to talk about the plight of refugees in her role as Goodwill Ambassador for UNHCR: Angelina Jolie New Refugee PSA Video. She was at the National Geographic Society in Washington DC for 2009 World Refugee Day alongside UN High Commissioner for Refugees António Guterres to call on the world to recognize millions of victims of conflict around the world not as a burden but as a potential gift.
Just yesterday, the United Nations Refugee Agency announced a $1 million donation made by the Jolie-Pitt Foundation to aid displaced people in Pakistan.
Jolie also said in an interview airing Friday on Today that she hopes to be doing the exact same thing – traveling all over the world, extending herself and her money to the cause – when she’s an old woman.
“I’m lucky to be in this,” the 34-year-old said.
“There’s been refugees since the dawn of time and I’m sure, you know, my children will be visiting and learning from refugees in the future.”

Go to hell Jolie! We support our American children who are in dire need of support. Why don’t you go live in a far away country never to be heard of again. Fakey tramp! You can’t even raise the children you bought from desperate parents who couldn’t feed their children! We make us sick with you pretense of caring about anything other than yourself!

Maybe you should direct your tirade at celebrities who haven’t done any charity at all – not even for undeserving refugees.
