American Idol Cast-Off Dies In Hit And Run
One of American Idol’s most memorable cast-offs Alexis Cohen has died after being in a hit-and-run car incident in New Jersey.
Cohen who became infamous after her auditions for American Idol where she had a showdown with Simon Cowell and cursed liberally when rejected became a YouTube minor sensation with several parody remixes of her audition tape.
Deputy Chief Michael Mohel of the Ocean County Prosecutors Office says that an autopsy revealed that the Allentown, Pa., native suffered chest, abdominal and closed head injuries as a result of the collision. Investigations are on-going.
