Paula Abdul Gets Job Offers
Since her leaving American Idol as judge, Paula Abdul has received several job offers from rival reality TV shows “So You Think You Can Dance” and “Dancing With The Stars”.
Given Paula’s background as choreographer, dancer and singer, she is well qualified to be a judge on either show.
Former American Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe who left to do his own show “So You Think You Can Dance” said that he had been trying to get Paula on the show as guest judge from the first season, “I don’t know anyone who has had her experience as a performer, a dancer, a choreographer and a judge.”
Just yesterday, ABC boss Steve McPherson said he would love to get her a job on Dancing With the Stars either as a contestant, participant or judge. He said, “Absolutely. I would love that. We would love to have her on Dancing, as a contestant, participant or judge. I think she’s a huge talent. I think there’s a lot made of her in terms of who she is.”
