Jon Gosselin Says Kate Stole His Wedding Ring
Fading reality TV star Jon Gosselin told ABCNew’s Good Morning America that his ex-wife Kate Gosselin stole his wedding ring, among other things.
He’s not happy that his image as America’s favorite dad has turned to dirt-bag. “It’s just like the change from America’s favorite dad to dirt-bag. Tomorrow I could be maybe … America’s favorite dad again. It could be after this interview. I don’t know. Whatever they want to write, let them write it. They’re going to write it anyway. I’ve learned that lesson.”
Although he despises Kate, they will continue to film the show but separately. “We film it separately. She has her film crew. And I have my film crew. But I can’t sit on the sofa with that woman. I can’t sit on someone right now that I despise.”
And about that wedding ring, “I think she still wears the ring for public perception. I don’t wear my ring because she took my ring. I don’t have it. I don’t have the ring. So I laid it down one night. It was gone. Who else would take it? I checked all the – underneath my kids’ pillows. That’s where everything ends up in the house anyway. So it wasn’t there.”
I’m not sure how much more of this public slagging off each other is required stem the drop in ratings for the show, apparently not quite enough.
