But the district attorny warned that if Lindsay Lohan stumbled, she would face jail time. She was ordered to appear in court after her substance abuse treatment program informed the court that she has been absent for several meetings.
A long time repeat offender whose rap sheet includes being under the influence of cocaine, drink driving and reckless driving, this will be the third time Lindsay Lohan has escaped punishment after violating program rules.
Her lawyer said that Lohan had been very busy with work and was therefore unable to complete the substance abuse program.
