The Twilight Saga: New Moon Stars Twitter Thanks
Vampire movie The Twilight Saga: New Moon is such a big hit, grossing over $140 million last weekend that its stars, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner have twittered their thanks to teenagers with generous allowances for their support.
Robert Pattinson 23, who plays the vampire Edward Cullen, said, “Thank you for making NEW MOON #1, it’s very exciting to be a part of something embraced by so many people.”
He didn’t forget to plug the next money-spinning installment in the franchise, Eclipse, “I hope you are looking forward to ECLIPSE as much as I am.”
Kristen Stewart 19, who plays Bella Swan then twittered, “You all have proven you’re the most amazing fans in the world once again. I feel so lucky to be a part of The Twilight Saga and thank you for making us #1!”
Taylor Lautner had a more straightforward twitter, “Thanks for your incredible support of New Moon.”
