Paris Hilton house sold for $4.25M

That’s a fast sale! Paris Hilton put her Spanish style villa on the market just a while ago and it’s been sold for US$4.25 million in double quick time - compared to Britney Spears whose house has been on the market for months with no buyers yet.

Paris Hilton bought the house in the Hollywood Hills for $2.9 million back in 2004. That’s a pretty profit!
