Rihannas’ Umbrella originally Britneys’
Irritating Song Of The Year, monster single Umbrella by Rihanna was originally offered to Britney Spears first, said music producer Tricky Stewart who created the track. He waited but Britney’s people never called back. Umbrella has been number 1 on the UK charts for a staggeringly annoying 10 weeks.
Irritating Song Of The Year of past years have been Lemon Tree, Macarena, Mambo No.5, Don’t Worry Be Happy just to name a few.
Meanwhile, Britney Spears has got a new single soon to be released but now leaked on the internet called Gimme More. “People are going to love (the new single),” a source told Entertainment Weekly. “It’s like when Justin came back (with FutureSex/LoveSounds) — she’s got a whole new sound. She’s funky.”
I heard both Gimme More and the other single Cold As Fire and I can tell you they ain’t no Sexy Back. More like Euro techno trash from the 90s - no doubt they’re going to be hits just because.
