Paris Hilton to help children in Rwanda
Paris Hilton is going to visit Rwanda in November to help the less fortunate and raise awareness for the cause by getting involved. She tells E!Magazine, “I want to visit more countries where poverty and children’s issues are a big concern. I know there’s a lot of good I can do just by getting involved and bringing attention to these issues.” If there’s anyone who can raise awareness, it’s Paris Hilton.
Earlier, Paris Hilton also donated a bunch of her clothes and shoes that she wore once before to charities. She says, “I have, like, a million clothes and more than 500 pairs of shoes, so I’m going to give a bunch of them to orphanages and children’s hospitals. I never wear something twice.”
So there’s going to be a whole bunch of kids in orphanages running around in designer dresses and Manolo Blahniks. Wouldn’t it make more sense to auction off her stuff and raise money for the orphanages instead? Looks like our girl Paris really is a changed person like she promised after her jail stint.
But that doesn’t mean Paris Hilton has forgotten how to have fun. Earlier in the week, she attended the amfAR Rocks benefit together in NYC with a new boy toy Alex Vaggo, a Swedish tourist she met randomly.
