Newly appointed Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd shows off his fluent Mandarin in an interview on BeijingTV. Safe to say that even with some slight off-tones, his Mandarin is better than the majority of Chinese Mandarin speakers in SE Asia. Very impressive.
