American Idol 7 Top 24 Finalists
It’s not on air yet, but American Idol Season 7 Top 24 finalists have been selected. Among the rumoured finalists are some expected favorites including Danny Noreiga - see the YouTube video for his audition with “Proud Mary”. I don’t know about you but I found his performance slightly creepy. It’s like his singing is not coming from his body. In fact, he sounds slightly possessed.
Another favorite is Asia’h Epperson, who will forever be known as the girl who lost her father a few days before the American Idol audition. She isn’t fantastic but there is some kind of unconcious sympathetic element in play here for her inclusion.
Here is the list of rumoured Top 24 finalists:
Alaina Whitaker, Alexandréa Lushington, Amanda Overmyer, Amy Davis, Asia’h Epperson, Brooke White, Carly Smithson, Joanne Borgella, Kady Malloy, Kristy Lee Cook, Ramiele Malubay, Syesha Mercado
Chikezie Eze, Colton Berry, Danny Noriega, David Archuleta, David Cook, David Hernandez, Garrett Haley, Jason Castro, Jason Yeager, Luke Menard, Michael Lee Johns, Robbie Carrico
Official airing of the Top 24 finalists will be aired next week on American Idol.
