The American Idol Top 10 performance had “Songs In The Year You Were Born” theme which is a pretty good theme since it doesn’t restrict song choices as much as their previous thems such as “Daryl Hall & John Oates”. Artiste specific themes should generally be avoided unless the artistes have a vast array of songs covering a wide musical range like The Beatles did.
