Britney Spears got charged with a hit and run, and driving without a valid licence. The hit and run happened in August when she hit a car in the parking lot and just left. As for the licence, city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said “According to DMV records in California, no license has ever been issued to her.” If convicted, Britney Spears could be jailed up to 6 months.
