Leona Helmsley, the late billionaire hotelier left US$12 million to her dog, Trouble, only to have an NYC judge overturn her will recently in this news flash: late billionaire’s dog won’t inherit US$12 million rules judge.

However, a new document has emerged stating that almost all her fortune should go to the care for dogs. Animal welfare groups are hopeful that they will get a slice of the US$8 billion fortune.

The document has a provision that Ms Helmsley’s trustees may use their discretion in distributing the funds.

Looks like Kate Middleton and Prince William have got back together for good after a brief breakup: Prince William and Kate Middleton back on. Kate Middleton was present at the Most Noble Order of the Garter Ceremony in England on Monday where Prince William was appointed Knight of the Garter by his grandmother Queen Elizabeth.

In fact it has been over for presidental nominee hopeful Hillary Clinton ages ago, but she was residing in the state of DENIAL. However, some see this as a strategic decision to give her leverage to negotiate with Obama on various matters including a possible vice presidential nomination for her and to press him on issues such as health care.

According to this AP report, Hillary Clinton says she’s open to being VP candidate in a response to questions during a conference call with New York lawmakers.

The fire at Universal Studios in Los Angeles has destroyed a big part of the movie legacy. The King Kong building in the back lot of Universal has been completely destroyed! Also perishing in the fire: New York Street and Hill Valley (the town from “Back to the Future” and current set for “The Ghost Whisperer”).

A video vault containing 40,000 - 50,000 videos and reels were also destroyed but luckily there are copies elsewhere.

This video shows Reverend Jeremiah Wright giving a racially charged speech at one of his sermons. The former pastor of presidential candidate Barack Obama who has now retired from the Chicago church, resigned last week from an Obama campaign committee when videos emerged of him appealing to African-Americans to sing ‘God damn America’ and condemning US ‘terrorism’.

Barack Obama condemned the sermons while standing by his black spiritual mentor, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, and appealing for America’s divided communities to pursue a ‘more perfect union’.

Newly appointed Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd shows off his fluent Mandarin in an interview on BeijingTV. Safe to say that even with some slight off-tones, his Mandarin is better than the majority of Chinese Mandarin speakers in the SE Asia. Very impressive.

The three British men who taunted an elderly Singaporean trishaw driver have apologized via a message to the person who reposted the video originally entitled “The Slowest Taxi in Southeast Asia”.

A British tourist and his 2 friends made a video of themselves taunting an elderly trishaw man while on holiday in Singapore. Bo Davis 26, then thought it would be really funny to post the video on YouTube entitled “The Slowest Taxi in Southeast Asia”.

In the video, the 3 medium-sized men can be seen squeezing into a trishaw which normally takes 1 or 2 persons at most. The elderly man clearly struggling to carry 3 in his trishaw peddled at a snails’ pace while the 3 men taunted him for going slowly.
