A hair salon owner in posh Beverly Hills, Maria Gabriella Perez of Chez Gabriella Salon is being investigated for credit card fraud. She had been ripping off her Hollywood celebrity clients by making unauthorized charges to their credit cards to a total of over US$280,000 over one year.
Among the celebrities mentioned in the affidavit are Jennifer Aniston, Liv Tyler, Ann Hathaway and Melanie Griffith.
The bulk of the money came from Liv Tyler’s account with over $214,000 charged.

Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson were spotted at Los Angeles airport after spending a long weekend in Montreal.
The pair have been romantically linked ever since they starred in the mega movie franchise The Twilight Saga although neither have actually confirmed nor denied the relationship.

Celebrity wannabe Tila Tequila was attacked at the Gathering of Juggalos, a music festival in Hardin County, Illinois. See the Tila Tequila attacked video below that is only 12 seconds but captured the moment of attack.
The attack started out with rocks and bottles being thrown at Tila causing face lacerations and body bruises, according to celebrity gossip site EOnline! just after she took the stage.
The crowd got riled up when she took off her top but she continued performing even with blood streaming down her face. A concert-goer said, “she was holding a towel to her head, blood pouring down her face.” The picture above by TMZ shows just how bad it is.
Later, as she left the stage, she was reportedly chased by the crowd who smashed windows and rocked the trailer she was in, and damaging the car that drove her away.
“Thank you everyone for your support,” Tequila tweeted. “The people at Juggalos behavior was disgusting and I am filing a suit against Them now. Thanks 4 ur luv. Pretty soon the owners who run the Juggalos will be bankrupt. My attorney Alan is already on it. This is disgusting behavior from men. But to all of my fans, I appreciate your outpour of love and support! Xoxo”

The search for a fresh set of American Idol judges goes on it seems, after talks to get singer Jennifer Lopez to come on board collapsed, according to People.
Apparently, Jennifer Lopez lived up to her diva rep and was making unreasonable demands.
“Her demands got out of hand,” says the celebrity gossip spy. “Fox had just had enough.”
Several names, including Aerosmith rocker Steven Tyler have been mentioned for the all-new judging panel that will reportedly go back to being 3 members.

Former American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino was hospitalized for overdose on Monday night.
It is not known if the overdose was accidental or intentional. However a A North Carolina police report classified her “serious injury” as an attempted suicide, according to USmagazine.
“She took an overdose of aspirin and a sleep aid. Her injuries are not life threatening,” said manager Brian Dickens. “She was dehydrated and exhausted at the time. Fantasia is stable now. She will be released from the hospital soon.”
This would not have been news had it not happened on the heels of a cheating scandal where Fantasia was accused of being directly or indirectly responsible for breaking up a marriage.
A North Carolina woman, Paula Cook, named the songstress in a divorce petition filed last Wednesday, stating in the documents that Barrino was the mistress of her husband Antwaun Cook and that the two had videotaped their sexual liasons.

Just weeks after they announced their second engagement, Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston have called it off again, not that anyone really cares.
But 19-year-old Bristol who has a young son with Levi says “there’s no remorse” for dumping him so soon after announcing their engagement.
“The final straw was him flying to Hollywood for what he told me was to see some hunting show but come to find out it was that music video mocking my family,” she says. “He’s just obsessed with the limelight and I got played.”
Celebrity gossip site EOnline reports that Bristol is looking.
“I have faith that I’ll find it,” she says of her wish to raise son Tripp in a two-parent household. “Through this whole experience I know I need a man who’s going to be completely honest with me and someone who loves me and Tripp and wants to be with him all the time. I also want someone who has religious beliefs and a good family.”
Her mother, Sarah Palin said, “I wish for Bristol to be able to move forward in life with her same forgiving, gracious, optimistic spirit, but from henceforth she’ll know to trust but verify.”
“Bristol is strong, she is independent, and she knows what is right for her son.”
